Kosher Corporate Housing furnishes every residence with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. We provide a complete furniture package, useful housewares, luxurious linens, home electronics, and even artwork on the walls. Utilities, High-Speed internet service, and cable or satellite television service (for properties where television is provided) are also included in our rental fees. Specially requested furnishings or amenities are fee-based and available add-ons by request. 

Weekly Housekeeping service is optional and available for an additional charge.

Kosher Corporate Housing generally does not offer pet-friendly apartments. If important to your stay, reach out before booking to see how we can accommodate you. Limitations and additional fees may apply.

Most Kosher Corporate Housing locations have a 30-day minimum stay. We also offer many family-friendly vacation rental units through our FloridaKosherVillas.com and LakewoodHosts.com vacation sites, providing furnished kosher rentals for short-term leisure and business travelers. Based on availability, stays of two-five days, or longer are accepted in a range of additional locations. Please inquire for details.

Kosher Corporate Housing rentals vary by location. Our inventory ranges from studio apartments to full-size houses. Floorplan size varies by location, but Kosher Corporate Housing always offers among the most spacious and comfortable rental in the region. Average floorplans measure:

• 450-550 sq. ft. (42-52 sq. meters), for studio apartments

• 700-1100 sq. ft. (65 -102 sq. meters), for one-bedroom apartments

• 900-1300 sq. ft. (84 -121 sq. meters), for two-bedroom apartments

• 1200-1500 sq. ft. (111 – 148 sq. meters), for three-bedroom apartments

Though most Kosher Corporate Housing locations have a 30-day minimum stay, we list our prices by the day to make it easier for you to compare them to hotel costs. Please see our Property Gallery or contact us for rental fees at various locations.

kosher Corporate Housing includes rent and any additional fees on one invoice. Guests typically pay monthly. Corporate guests can arrange to have their company billed directly. Companies with multiple employees staying with us can have their bills consolidated through our Office. Kosher Corporate Housing accepts checks, money orders, and major credit cards with a 3.75% processing fee. Pre-screened companies can set up a house account and we’ll take the hassle out of making payments by automatically billing your credit card for employee stays.

Companies can arrange for automatic electronic payments for all corporate housing stays with us as well.

Kosher Corporate Housing only offers corporate apartments in the finest apartment buildings, condominiums, and homes. Each rental is fully furnished with everything you will need to make you feel right at home. Kosher Corporate Housing helps to meet each individual customer’s needs, whether it be to entertain clients, invite family and friends for dinner or just relax. Full-sized, fully furnished units in first-class communities. No long-term leases (typically 30 days or longer). Utilities and dedicated internet service are included. If applicable, use of all apartment complex amenities including pool, clubhouse, and exercise facilities are included unless specifically excluded in the property description. Pets are permitted in some locations, with additional fees and prior approval. Furnished kosher kitchens include all major appliances and some basic cookware. All of our properties are considerably larger and more home-like than extended-stay hotel suites.

Your rental should be clean and fresh when you arrive. In addition, we can arrange daily, weekly, or bi-weekly cleaning services for an additional fee.

All monthly charges are consolidated on one, itemized statement. You may pay this bill by check, money order, or with a credit card. Credit card payments including can be completed automatically if you so choose by filling out a simple credit card authorization form. Our state-of-the-art billing system can also customize billing for corporations by itemizing and billing each charge separately.
